Refund and Returns Policy

At Mumbi Baby Mobile, we strive to provide high-quality products that you and your little one will love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✅ The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
🚫 Custom or personalized baby mobiles.
🚫 Gift cards and promotional items.
🚫 Items that have been used, washed, or damaged due to customer handling.


2. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Request a Return:

  • Contact us at info@mumbibabymobile.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

2️⃣ Return the Item:

  • Securely package the product and send it to our return address info@mumbibabymobile.com.au.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3️⃣ Refund Approval & Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

🚨 Note: Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Exchanges (Replacing a Product)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

✅ If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
✅ If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
✅ If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or an alternative product.


4. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take 3-5 business days for funds to reflect).
