Mumbi Baby Mobile currently ships Australia-wide. We do not ship internationally at this time.

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

- If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.
- Mumbi Baby Mobile is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Orders
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
- If an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be contacted for re-shipment.
